In 1987, two young people, Mr. Giannis Sevastos and Mr. Christos Koubarakis, start working in a technical company of installing and maintaining air-conditioning systems and solar water heater systems.

They take over that company at early 1991. That company was operating under the name of Sarris and Co., which trades Daikin and Toshiba air-conditioning systems and is the official representative of Calpak solar water heaters for the greater region.

Hence, our company has over 20.000 customers to a plethora of areas, such as room air-conditioning, modern temperature and humidity control systems in big computer rooms, all connected and interacting with fire and alarm systems and controlled over the Ιnternet.

During our 20 year course, we have designed and executed many specialized tasks, such as: heating-dehydrating of closed pool, producing hot water from a combination of solar and heat pump, heating of industrial spaces and seed beds, anti-frost in-floor heating in ramps and streets, VRV air-conditioning systems from 1995, ventilations and air-conditioning with heat reclaim in dining spaces and many others that give us the belief of can successfully cover your needs, whatever they are.

Our company is staffed by experienced and certified engineers and you can find us on Petrou Ralli Avenue.

You can find our 30 associates from all the technical specialties (plumbers, thermo-plumbers, electricians, etc), most of whom work with us for over a decade and ensure the proper operation of the systems installed, so as to have the right feedback from our customers.

The same work philosophy awaits our new customers as well.

Our company, since January 2006 has established an office in Constanta Romania, with primary goal the promotion of its products in the local market.
